Barn Owl (Tyto alba)

Welcome to the Online Raptor Center, O.R.C.

My 'Hawk Count' is a record of how many different sightings of Red-tailed hawks I have seen since July 1, 2006. This is the 2006-2007 hawk count. The 2005-2006 hawk count was a success at 233 sightings! Because of the migration, the hawk count has leaped this fall (2006).

Hawk Count:

*some sitings were at a distance and could be mistaken for other birds, this is unlikeley as I try to be as sure as I can when it comes to my count.
